unique corn snack

i never really liked clover chips. not that its bad, i know some people who love it. it just so happens it not my type of "chips". so, it is telling the truth when it says the "unique corn snack" because i haven't tasted something similar. not that its extraordinarily different, its just...well, unique. and i like the guarantee they have at the back of the packaging. not sure if anyone has actually complained.

the best in the world!

now, who would have thought that we have the best cornick/kornik in the world? i like this Corn Bits wrapper. its amusing. note what's written on the wrapper. on its left, its says: the best in the world, and on its top right portion it says: spicy hot apoy. if you can't read it, i suggest you buy one, it tastes good anyway, it is the best in the world.

does it have the after party taste?

i haven't tasted this flavor but it just made me wonder, what is a "barbecue cheese party" flavor?

the adventures of my nokia3660

its been more or less 3 years now since my nokia3660 replaced my first cellphone, my beloved nokia 3210. i think i got my nokia 3660 around march 2004 because my nokia 3210 was having "power" problems (at first i thought it was just a battery problem but replacing the batteries didn't work, although it did improve it, it didn't quite solve the problem).

anyway, it's been a good three years, and like my 3210, my 3660 also had its share of problems. just recently, it had a memory card problem and i had to minimize its "text" life. its like limiting my phone's "social" life because it is not functioning on its optimal level. it's like giving my phone a curfew. now that its memory problem is fixed, it's showing signs that it could still last for at least a year or two (im the type of guy who wont "retire" a cellphone until it really cant fulfill its function). my 3210 has been officially retired as of 2004 but it's still used from time to time to re-live its "glory" days, when it was able to "interact" with other cellphones by way of text messaging. i mean, there came a time it was the coolest phone around because it was substantially different in physical appearance from its predecessor, nokia 5110. aside from the "revolutionary" built-in antenna, you can change its cover! something that was cool back then. i remember it had this ice cream commercial and i think the concept was like an ice cream having different flavors, nokia 3210 can come in different colors. but im digressing, this blog isnt about my retired 3210 but about the recent "adventures" of my nokia 3660. this phone has been with me, from baguio to bicol from isabela to galera, accompanying me on every vacation and out of towns i went to. so, just a few days ago, while being struck with boredom, i thought, what would it be like if my phone had the chance to take a break. so, here's some of its pictures:

so, looks crazy but its something i had to do to beat the boredom, imagine a phone as if it was on some sort of vacation or something
